Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Alakija / Satellite Town - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are a newly established fitness centre in Satellite Town, Lagos, seeking a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors.
• The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients/members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries (in-person, phone calls, emails, and social media messages).
• Manage membership registration, renewals, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, memberships, and daily transactions.
• Assist in scheduling fitness sessions and classes.
• Provide administrative support to the gym management team.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSCqualification; Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Must reside around Alakija axis.
