We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across various channels
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Track and manage client requests and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Built, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (experience in the construction or procurement sector is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
