We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / Admin Manager

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contract documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic sales and business development reports for management.

Administration:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Manage office facilities, vendors, and service providers.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support management with operational planning and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years' experience in business development, administration, or a similar managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
