We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Generator Mechanic / Engineer
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ogun & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of generators
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with generators
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components
- Conduct generator testing to ensure proper functionality
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with generators
- Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to solve complex problems
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies related to generator maintenance and repair
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in installation, maintenance and repairs of generators and electrical appliances
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair generator systems
- Experience with petrol, diesel or gas-powered generators
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
