They are part of UFlex Ltd., a major player in the flexible packaging industry, offering advanced packaging films and catering to global demands from their strategically located plants.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Attending to the routine problems
• Maintaining of spares assemblies ready
• Coordination with section in-charge and giving feedback on the daily activities and problems
• Attending daily meetings
• Ensure downtime reduction
• Undertake why- why analysis during the occurrence of downtime
• Promoting a culture of quality, Environment, health, safety, and other applicable management system’s requirement.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the IMS.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the IMS.
• Training employees on the IMS and its requirements.
• Continually Pursues new development to improve Plant Safety/ Environment.
