Job Title: Production Superintendent 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Production Superintendent to supervise and optimize production processes at our Ikeja factory.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, supporting the maintenance of quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• The core duties and responsibilities for this role include:
• Production & Operations Management: Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and the timely delivery of products .
• Planning & Scheduling: Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand requirements effectively .
• Quality Control: Enforce quality control standards to maintain product excellence throughout the manufacturing process .
• Resource Allocation: Optimize manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety regulations at all times .
• Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance and liaise with the maintenance team to schedule preventive and corrective actions, minimizing downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for the role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: An OND / HND / BSc in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the foam, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or a related industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control techniques.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
