Compovine Technologies Limited is an indigenous company with the main aim of offering Information Technology, Sales and Services to individuals and corporate organizations. Compovine Technology Limited currently has branches in Ibadan, Abuja, Lagos, Lokoja, Kano, Kaduna, Jos, Minna, Port Harcourt and Enugu, and we are still expanding.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Communication Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints regarding billing, accounts, or product malfunctions.
• Order Processing: Assist clients with account creation, order placement, payments, refunds, and return authorizations.
• Data Maintenance: Document detailed logs of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the company CRM system.
• Internal Escalation: Coordinate with specialized internal departments like tech support or payments to escalate complex issues.
• Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all company offerings, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3-10 years experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
