We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints regarding billing, accounts, or product malfunctions.
- Order Processing: Assist clients with account creation, order placement, payments, refunds, and return authorizations.
- Data Maintenance: Document detailed logs of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the company CRM system.
- Internal Escalation: Coordinate with specialized internal departments like tech support or payments to escalate complex issues.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all company offerings, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3-10 years experience.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
