Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage channel partners within a designated territory.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the telecommunications industry and a strong background in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage sales teams and channel partners across the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key business clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in telecommunications sales, with hands-on experience in the fintech industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
