We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid – 4 Days Off-site, 1 Day On-site)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketer to drive property sales, generate quality leads, and build lasting client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and proven ability to meet sales targets through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate property sales and investment leads.
  • Market and promote the company's real estate properties across various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential clients.
  • Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
  • Negotiate property deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is highly desirable.

Salary
N300,000 / Month (Plus 10% Commission).
