Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketer to drive property sales, generate quality leads, and build lasting client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and proven ability to meet sales targets through effective marketing and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate property sales and investment leads.
- Market and promote the company's real estate properties across various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential clients.
- Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Negotiate property deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is highly desirable.
Salary
N300,000 / Month (Plus 10% Commission).
