Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Subject to a probation period before confirmation)

Job Summary

  • Our client is looking to hire Head of Sales & Marketing who will lead the company's sales and marketing functions by developing strategies that drive revenue, generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and manage the sales team.
  • The role will oversee revenue generation, sales strategy, brand positioning, and the execution of all marketing initiatives.

KPIs / Success Metrics (First 3–6 Months)

  • Develop and execute the company's sales and marketing strategy.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Oversee the company's overall marketing presence across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure the company's website, social media platforms, online campaigns, branding, and marketing communications remain active, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the marketing team, including content creation, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and campaign execution.
  • Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Build strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI), making data-driven improvements where necessary.
  • Work closely with management to align sales and marketing efforts with the company's overall strategic goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and business development opportunities.

  • Increase the company's brand visibility and market awareness
  • Grow engagement across the company's digital platforms
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality marketing content and campaigns
  • Improve lead generation through digital and offline marketing efforts
  • Successfully lead and develop both the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Establish clear marketing processes, reporting systems, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing leadership.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies.
  • Digital marketing knowledge.
  • Lead generation expertise.
  • CRM proficiency.
  • Ability to analyse sales and marketing data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity and marketing tools.

Work arrangement:

  • Hybrid; Four (4) days onsite and one (1) remote working day weekly
  • Working hours: 8:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Close proximity to the island is highly preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Must be comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills are essential.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
