Job Title: Business Development Manager – Forex Brokerage

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships for our Forex Brokerage business.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets, Forex trading industry, and customer acquisition strategies, with proven experience in training and mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Identify and onboard new retail and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Present the company's products and services to prospective clients and partners.
- Drive account funding and trading activity among new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Organize webinars, seminars, and client education sessions.
- Train and mentor business development executives and relationship managers on sales, client acquisition, and market knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years' experience in Business Development within Forex, Financial Services, Investment, FinTech, or Brokerage industries.
- Strong knowledge of Forex trading, CFDs, financial markets, and investment products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and training.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.
