Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented NYSC Intern (HR Assistant) to Assist with all HR and Administrative operations in the department as such recruitment, record maintenance, employee relation leave Administration, clerical works etc., while maintaining departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Prepare HR documents and reports.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Ideal candidate must be fresh out of the three (3) weeks orientation camp.
- Must reside within the Apapa axis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
