Enoella Consult - Our client, a leading Inspection & Integrity Services company (NDT, Drill Pipe/BHA, OCTG, Calibration, Lifting Equipment) serving the oil & gas, marine, and industrial sectors, is recruiting qualified professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Industrial Technology, or related discipline
• 2–5 years in oil & gas operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role

Key Requirements:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise operations across NDT, drill pipe inspection, calibration and related services
• Strong knowledge of API, ASTM, ASNT and ISO standards
• Manage manpower, equipment, logistics and project scheduling
• Ensure HSSE, radiation safety and QMS compliance
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
