Agrodemy Technologies is a Nigerian-based agribusiness learning and workforce development platform focused on building Africa’s digital agriculture ecosystem. Founded initially in 2019 and formally incorporated as Agrodemy Technologies in 2023, the company bridges the gap between classroom theory and practical farming. It offers structured online learning, hands-on physical training opportunities, and professional matching services to connect prospective farmers with experienced operators.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: LMS & Learner Success Officer

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain lessons, quizzes, certificates, and resources in TutorLMS.
• Resolve learner access and technical issues.
• Manage YouTube uploads, playlists, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
• Track learner progress and support completion campaigns.
• Maintain learner records and monthly reports.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• Experience with TutorLMS, Learn Dash, Moodle, Thinkific, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar.
• Familiarity with WordPress and YouTube Studio.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting online learners is an advantage.
