Job Summary
- Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Coordinator to drive sales growth, expand distribution channels, and manage field sales operations across Niger State and its surrounding markets
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the region, proven manufacturing sales experience, and the ability to build lasting relationships with distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Recruit, manage, and support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Execute market expansion and route-to-market strategies.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure prompt collection of customer payments and compliance with the company's credit policy.
- Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of field sales experience (Experience in Plastic will be an added advantages)
- Strong knowledge of Niger State and surrounding markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hausa is a strong advantage.
