Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and creative IT & Digital Media Officer to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure while managing its digital presence and multimedia content.
- The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, provide technical support, manage the company website and social media platforms, and create engaging digital content that enhances the company’s brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Information Technology:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printers, and network systems.
- Manage the company’s internet, email systems, servers, and cloud-based applications.
- Ensure data security through regular backups, antivirus management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and recommend hardware/software upgrades.
- Set up workstations for new employees and manage user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
Digital Media & Content Management:
- Develop and implement the company’s digital media strategy.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Design graphics, promotional materials, and marketing content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for company events, projects, and campaigns.
- Manage and update the company website with relevant content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries where applicable.
- Track digital campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Project teams to support campaigns and internal communications.
- Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and company events.
- Recommend innovative digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and brand visibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- IT system uptime and response time to technical issues.
- Average resolution time for IT support requests.
- Website functionality and timely updates.
- Growth in social media engagement and followers.
- Quality and consistency of digital content.
- Timely delivery of creative materials for campaigns.
- Compliance with IT security and data protection standards.
- User satisfaction with IT support services.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in IT support, digital media, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing websites and social media platforms.
- Experience with photography, videography, and content creation is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Experience with website management (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
- Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.

Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, engineering, or corporate organizations and a portfolio showcasing digital media work (graphics, videos, or social media campaigns) will have an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
