Job Description

• We are seeking a professional, friendly, smart, and highly organized *Spa Supervisor* to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client experiences at our spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise spa staff and ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee appointment scheduling and staff rosters
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of spa facilities
• Handle client complaint professionally and provide accurate information about spa services
• Promote and sell spa products and services to clients
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Coordinate use of treatment rooms and facilities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc
• Proximity to location is very important
• Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information

• Team leadership and staff management.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 per month.
