Job Purpose
- The Senior Brand & Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing integrated brand and marketing strategies that strengthen the Harmony Gardens brand, generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), improve campaign ROI, and support the Commercial Performance Office in achieving sustainable revenue growth.
- The role ensures consistent brand positioning, effective marketing execution, and alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership:
- Develop and protect the Harmony Garden brand.
- Maintain consistent brand identity.
- Ensure brand compliance across all platforms.
- Oversee corporate communications and brand positioning.
Marketing Strategy
Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies covering:
- Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
- Social Media growth
- Events, PR and Corporate Communications
- Realtor Marketing and growth
- Product launches and Offline Campaigns.
Lead Generation:
- Drive marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads through:
- Meta Ads leads
- Google Ads leads
- Search Engine Optimization
- Email and Whatsapp Marketing
- Referral marketing and Campaigns
- Landing Pages design coordination and optimization
- Corporate Partnerships
- Ensure continuous optimization of campaign performance.
Campaign Management:
Plan and manage:
- Campaign Calendar and Budgeting
- Agency Performance
- Creative Production
- Quarterly Product Launch and campaign activations
Creative Leadership:
- Lead all creative production including Graphics, Video, Photography, Motion Design, Copywriting, Brand Guidelines, Marketing Collateral.
Marketing Analytics:
- Measure and optimize campaigns Cost per Lead, Campaign ROI, Website Conversion, Lead Quality, Social Media Performance, Brand Awareness, Customer Acquisition Cost, Marketing Funnel Performance.
Sales Enablement
Partner with the Sales Performance & Operations Manager to provide:
- Excellent and converting Sales Collateral
- Product Brochures and Promotional Materials
- Sales Presentations
- Campaign Insights and Competitive Intelligence
- Customer Journey Improvements
Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with:
- Digital and Creative Agencies
- Production Vendors, Media Houses and Influencers
Key Deliverables
- Annual Marketing Strategy
- Quarterly Marketing Plan
- Monthly Campaign Performance Report
- Monthly Branding Report
- Lead Generation Report
- Creative Social Media Content Calendar
- Marketing Performance Report.
Branding:
- Ensure Brand Awareness all of the company’s touchpoints and resources
Creative:
- Creative Turnaround Time
- Campaign Delivery Timeliness
- Content Calendar Compliance and Creative Quality Score.
Commercial Contribution:
- Revenue Influenced by Marketing
- Month on Month Increase in Lead-to-Inspection Rate
- Marketing-to-Sales Conversion.
KPIs
- Quality Sales Qualified Leads Generation
- Reduction in Cost per Lead per campaign and platform
- High Lead Quality Score
- Increase in Website Conversion Rate
- Weekly Campaign Performance Report
- Campaign and Marketing ROI
- Higher Click-Through and Conversion Rate across Funnels, Landing pages and Leads-to-Prospects-Customers Conversion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Performance Marketing are an advantage.
Experience:
- 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing agency relationships.
- Strong experience with marketing analytics, CRM integration, and performance marketing.
