We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Energy Trainee (Electrical / Electronics Engineering)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are a growing renewable energy firm based in Ikeja looking for analytical, hungry, and articulate Electrical/Electronics Engineering graduates. We run a unique dual-track probation program. Over the next 3 to 6 months, you will be trained extensively in both Solar Engineering (load separation, system design, energy audits) and Technical Sales/Client Services.
• At the end of your probation period, based on your core strengths, natural performance, and preference, you will be permanently placed into either our Pure Solar Engineering Track or our high-earning Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Engineering Track which comes with an upgraded base salary and uncapped commissions on closed deals).

Key Responsibilities
During Trainee Phase:

• Assist senior teams with solar energy load calculations, site assessments, and inverter system designs.
• Learn to translate complex electrical data into understandable, professional proposals for corporate and residential clients.
• Participate in client meetings, learning how to pitch, negotiate, and defend technical solar solutions.
• Monitor field installations to match client requirements with technical blueprints.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Eng or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a closely related physics discipline.
• Basic Knowledge: A strong foundational interest or basic project experience in solar/renewable energy systems (inverters, solar panel pairings, or batteries).
• Traits:Excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be willing to learn how to interact confidently with clients; we will train you on the sales part!
• Must be able to easily commute to our office in Ikeja.
