Redline is an auto repair company with branches in lagos and abuja, that offers complete vehicle repair and maintenance, the company has been in existence for over 10 years with specialty ranging from mechanical, electricals. A/c repairs, Body work etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of vehicle parts, workshop tools, equipment, and other operational supplies.
• The ideal candidate must be able to negotiate with vendors, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure vehicle spare parts, tools, equipment, and office supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Ensure all purchased items meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving procurement strategies.
• Work closely with the workshop and other departments to meet operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and workshop equipment is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
