Job Title: Regional Sales Coordinator

Location: Enugu

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Coordinator to drive revenue growth, expand our retail network, and strengthen brand visibility across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve assigned regional sales targets.
  • Acquire and onboard new retail stockists.
  • Increase product availability and improve sell-through across retail outlets.
  • Expand market coverage by identifying high-potential retail partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure merchandising and pricing compliance.
  • Plan and execute trade activations to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Submit weekly performance and market intelligence reports.
  • Drive the growth of underperforming SKUs through targeted promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists to improve retention and repeat orders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Onboard a minimum of 15 new retail stockists per quarter.
  • Achieve 80% repeat order rate within 45 days.
  • Maintain consistent product availability across retail outlets.
  • Ensure 90% visual merchandising compliance.
  • Execute at least one major trade activation per key city each quarter.
  • Achieve 30% quarterly growth on underperforming SKUs.
  • Improve stockist retention through structured loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or FMCG retail sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the South East region.
  • Results-oriented with a strong understanding of retail distribution and market expansion.

Salary
N200,000 monthly + Attractive Commission.
