Job Title: Recruitment Intern

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 0–1 year experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms
• Must be proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

Salary
NGN 100,000 Monthly
