Job Title: Senior HR Manager
Location: Gujeni Village, Kaduna

Summary
- This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of industrial relations, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of Human Resources operations for the business unit.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage industrial relations and maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, and key stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, learning and development, and organizational development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Partner with business leaders to improve productivity, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Industrial Relations, labour law, collective bargaining, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience managing large workforces in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with operational leaders.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making ability.
