Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Executive who is energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven to join their team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, generating sales, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert enquiries into sales and consistently meet assigned sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and existing customers.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare sales and customer service reports as required.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives.
• Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Must reside in or around Anthony, Ikeja, Maryland, Gbagada, Ilupeju, Oshodi, or nearby locations.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
