Job Description

  • African Industries Group is seeking a highly creative, innovative, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to join our team.
  • We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong agency background who can deliver high-quality visual content across both digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling marketing, branding, and corporate communication materials.
  • Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Create visually engaging graphics for both print and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful visual designs.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand identity and standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies, and creative tools.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' professional experience, preferably gained within a reputable creative or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across branding, corporate communications, and digital media.
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • CorelDRAW
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Premiere Pro (an added advantage)
    • Adobe After Effects (an added advantage)
    • Canva
    • Figma (an added advantage)
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be highly tech-savvy with the ability to leverage modern design tools and AI-powered creative solutions to improve productivity and output quality.
