Job Title: Liquid Filling Operator (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Liquid Filling Operator is responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring high-speed liquid filling and capping machinery.
• The core objective of this role is to ensure that liquid pharmaceutical products are filled with extreme volume accuracy, safely sealed, and processed efficiently in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND /Trade Test/ City & Guilds, SSCE qualification.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure filled containers meet strict volume and weight specifications (preventing underfill or overfill)
• Relevant qualification as applicable to role applied for.
• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize (CIP/SIP) filling machines, product lines, and tanks before and after production according to strict hygiene guideline
• Ccurately document production data, batch numbers, run quantities, waste counts, and equipment usage in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) or logbook
• Must be very detailed and self-driven
• In-depth knowledge of the MS-Office

Experience:

• 1 - 4 years in liquid filling operation roles in Pharma, Foods and chemical Production Industry
• Ability to operate a filling Machine.
• High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skill
