Job Overview

• A fast-growing logistics company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support its day-to-day operations.
• The ideal candidate will coordinate operational activities, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and support internal processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Monitor operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with different departments to improve workflow.
• Track operational data and generate routine performance reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate where necessary.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Logistics industry experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
