Job Summary

• Our client in the Pharma Industry is seeking for a Granulation Machine Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily granulation operations (wet and dry granulation).
• Ensure granulation processes comply with approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and GMP requirements.
• Monitor critical process parameters, including binder addition, mixing time, drying, and granule quality.
• Allocate tasks, supervise operators, and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Verify equipment cleaning, line clearance, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Review batch documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Granulation Machine Operators.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related Science/Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and documentation practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
