Job Title: Granulation Machine Operator
Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Responsible for operating granulation equipment to produce uniform granules for tablet compression in compliance with GMP.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wet and dry granulation machines.
- Monitor granulation parameters (binder addition, mixing time, drying).
- Clean and maintain equipment according to SOPs.
- Complete batch documentation accurately.
- Report deviations and equipment faults.
Requirements
- OND/HND in Science/Engineering.
- 1–2 years experience in granulation (pharma preferred).
- Knowledge of GMP and safety procedures.
