We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: CMD Road, Ikosi Ketu Ojota Magodo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Social Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales/business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
