Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off

Job Description

• The successful candidate will enhance the dining experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Process orders and ensure accuracy in billing
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Benefits

• Salary: N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
