We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant III

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III to provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leaders.
  • This role requires a proactive professional with excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics.
  • Coordinate reports, team activities, projects, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative operations.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support vendor coordination, expense processing, and compliance activities.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, document repositories, dashboards, and records.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, SAP, and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum 2:1) in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience providing executive administrative support.
  • Professional certification in Administration, Executive Assistance, or Project Management is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, Smartsheet, and AI productivity tools.
  • Excellent planning, organization, presentation, communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment with confidential information.
