We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The Lab Technician will support laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards in collaboration with medical staff for effective patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced diagnostic tests on patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).
• Prepare and process samples for testing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Document and verify laboratory results accurately.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures.
• Support senior staff with laboratory tasks and training.
• Ensure compliance with MLSCN, NCDC, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BMLS or HND in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology with MLSCN license.
• 1-2 years of experience, with experience in Blood Banking.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a diagnostic lab is a plus.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
