Job Title: Group HR / Business Support Services Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Position Summary
- A seasoned HR and Business Support Services leader with 12 years of progressive experience in managing group-wide HR operations, organizational development, and support service functions across multiple business units.
- Skilled in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving efficiency in corporate services, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and succession planning across all business units.
- Drive performance management frameworks, ensuring clear KPIs, appraisals, and development plans.
- Champion employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Lead organizational development projects, including change management, culture building, and leadership development.
- Manage compensation & benefits structures, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards across jurisdictions.
- Oversee administrative, facility management, and corporate support functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead procurement and vendor management processes to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Manage travel, logistics, and corporate services support across business units.
- Develop and implement digital transformation initiatives within HR and support services for greater efficiency.
- Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics for business support operations.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, advising on workforce strategy, organizational design, and people-related risks.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to support overall business performance.
- Mentor and develop HR and support services teams, building capability and leadership pipelines.
- Contribute to business continuity planning, risk management and crisis response frameworks.
- Any other tasks that will be given to you from time to time by the Group’s top management.

Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any related field. Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of consistent/progressive experience in a structured medium to large scale company with diverse businesses in Manufacturing, banking, real estate, Agro-business, Capital market, fintech etc.
- Must be between the Age ranges of 37-47 years.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages e.g. Word, Excel, Sage or any other HR Software packages.
