Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct accurate land, engineering, and construction surveys in support of real estate and infrastructure projects.
• The role involves providing precise survey data, setting out works, preparing survey reports, and ensuring compliance with approved plans, statutory regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographical, boundary, and construction surveys for project sites.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates.
• Perform setting-out for buildings, roads, drainage, and other infrastructure works.
• Verify site levels, alignments, dimensions, and coordinates during construction.
• Prepare survey plans, as-built drawings, maps, and survey reports.
• Identify and report discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levels.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, approved layouts, and company HSE standards.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Membership of NIS or SURCON is an added advantage.
