About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for our Haulage and Truck Leasing business.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts with companies that require transportation and fleet solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in haulage and truck leasing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients across industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, construction, and oil & gas.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or fleet leasing.
• Strong understanding of haulage and truck leasing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
