Job Summary

• We are seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and drive the firm's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the firm's operations.
• Drive business growth and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement corporate strategies and business plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

• A good degree/HND Holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline. A master's degree and/or relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• 10 – 15 years' progressive experience in the capital market, with at least 8 years in a senior management or executive leadership role within a medium stockbroking or investment services firm.
• Must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigeria, and meet all regulatory requirements for appointment as a Managing Director of a capital market operator.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian capital market, securities trading, investment management, and regulatory framework.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, business development, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and sound professional judgment.
