Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging visual and digital content that strengthens our brand presence, showcases our properties, and drives audience engagement across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and can independently create high-quality content from concept to publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, events, and company activities.
• Edit videos for short-form and long-form content using professional editing tools.
• Design creative graphics, flyers, reels, and promotional materials.
• Develop content calendars and execute weekly content plans.
• Write compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote listings, campaigns, and company events.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and trends.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging content formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or any related field.
• 2–3 years' proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, graphic design, and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.

Added Advantage:

• Experience creating content for the real estate industry.
• Ability to operate a drone and capture aerial footage (with relevant certification where applicable).
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and social media analytics.
• Candidates must be based in Abujaand should be available for immediate resumption.
