We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to join our team in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports.
• Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects.
• Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data.
• Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management and valuation with some field experience / Post NYSC.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards.
• Ability to operate modern surveying instruments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Requirements:

• Professional certification or registration with relevant bodies (ESVARBON or NIESV) Is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
