Beacon Corporate Realty Limited is a real estate company focused on providing property sales, investment advisory, property inspection, and client relationship services. The company operates within the Nigerian real estate industry and is structured to support both residential and commercial real estate opportunities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Location: Kaduna 
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilties

• Video Production: Shoot, Edit and color-grade property walkthroughs, project progress updates, and lifestyle montages. Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and engaging hooks optimized for short-form content.
• Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. This includes brochures, flyers, digital banners, pitch decks, and brand identity assets.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to the company’s brand guidelines across all channels.
• Asset Management: Organize, archive, and catalog footage, graphics, and project files for easy retrieval.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). CapCut and DaVinci Resolve skills are highly advantageous.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating expertise in both design layouts and dynamic video editing, preferably with real estate or architectural examples.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for lighting, color grading, typography, and layout design.
• Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current real estate marketing trends and social media algorithms.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
