Beacon Corporate Realty Limited is a real estate company focused on providing property sales, investment advisory, property inspection, and client relationship services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Property & Lease Accounting: Track rent rolls, and ensure accurate billing and collections from tenants.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) for senior management and property owners.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing operating and capital expenditure budgets, monitoring ongoing financial performance against set targets.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments (utilities, contractors, taxes) and ensure tenant receivables are properly recorded.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank and trust accounts to ensure accuracy in cash inflows and outflows.
• Tax Compliance & Audits: Prepare documentation for year-end tax returns and assist internal or external auditors during financial reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Certifications: Professional designations like ICAN, ANAN (in Nigeria), ACCA, CPA, or a Certified Property Accountant (CPA) credential are highly valued.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel are essential.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 monthly.
