Expanse Oil and Gas Limited is a privately owned, fully indigenous downstream petroleum and maritime operations company headquartered in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Established on April 2nd, 2015, the organization specializes in sourcing, storing, and distributing refined petroleum products across the country. The company's primary corporate leader is Mr. Tekena Thankgod Ikpaki, who serves as the President of the Expanse Oil and Gas Group and also functions as the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) Chairman for Rivers State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, reporting and budgeting
• Handle tax compliance, PAYE, VAT, WHT, statutory remittances
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow & cost control
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 5 years' experience (oil & gas experience preferred)
• ICAN/ACCA (completed or in view) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigrian tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High integrity and attention to detail.
