Primary focus: Residential and estate land sales, property investment advisory, and development brokerage across Abuja and Northern markets (including Kaduna).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female / Male Inspection Officer

Location: Wuse Zone 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Property Inspections: Conduct on-site evaluations of properties to assess structural integrity, plumbing, electrical systems, and overall condition.
• Client Presentations: Accompany prospects,investors, and realtors on property visits, effectively communicating the unique selling points, value, and suitability of the property.
• Report Generation: Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, logging property violations, damages, and maintenance needs.
• Maintenance Coordination: Identify safety hazards and facilitate necessary repairs or improvements with the maintenance team.
• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, and assist with creating engaging marketing and social media campaigns.
