Job Summary

• We are looking for aPatient Access Representativeto join our team and act as the first point of contact for patients looking to obtain medical care at our organization.
• Patient Access Representative responsibilities include collecting patient information, preparing various medical documents, and explaining policies to our patients as needed.
• Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to help them understand the process and steps to obtain medical attention at our organization.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information into databases and maintain accurate records.
• Relay information to relevant staff members.
• Inform patients and their caregivers of hospital procedures, policies, and protocols.
• Provide patients with billing and payment information.
• Deal with patient questions, concerns, and issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a Patient Access Representative or similar role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Compassionate and patient.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
