• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations & Growth Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care and cleaning services business.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field staff, maintaining high service standards, managing client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring efficient operational performance.
• This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, customer service, and people management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in operations management within the Home Care, Cleaning Services, Facilities Management, or Hospitality industry.
• Proven experience supervising field staff and managing daily service operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
