Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base for solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and other sales documentation.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development with a track record of generating and closing sales within the solar industry (mandatory).
- Strong ability to identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and convert them into customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Compensation
N500,000 + performance bonus + Commission (up to N2,000,000 monthly).
