Job Purpose
- Greenpeg Nigeria Limited is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Brand & Communications Manager to lead the company’s branding, communications, and marketing initiatives.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand campaigns, strengthening Greenpeg’s digital presence, creating compelling content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into impactful marketing and communication initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement Greenpeg’s overall brand strategy.
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns that increase awareness and generate business opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline communication channels.
- Develop brand guidelines and maintain corporate identity standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing & Digital Communications:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Grow Greenpeg’s online presence through engaging campaigns and strategic content.
- Manage the company’s website content and digital communications.
- Coordinate marketing activities for product launches, events, exhibitions, and corporate initiatives.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
Content Development & Storytelling:
- Create compelling marketing content, articles, press releases, case studies, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop communication strategies that effectively communicate Greenpeg’s solutions and impact.
- Manage corporate communications and public relations initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
Brand Experience & Customer Engagement:
- Enhance customer experience through consistent and memorable brand interactions.
- Develop campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Coordinate internal communications to promote company culture and employee engagement.
- Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employer branding initiatives.
Campaign Performance & Analytics:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Measure key marketing metrics including website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer insights.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, communications, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing brand campaigns and corporate communications.
- Experience working in B2B, engineering, industrial, or technology sectors is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and integrated communications.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, social media management, and web analytics.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management platforms.
