Job Summary

• Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• The successful candidate will coordinate personnel, equipment, logistics, quality assurance, and client service to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all operational activities across NDT, drill pipe inspection, calibration, and related services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, client specifications, and company procedures.
• Manage project execution, scheduling, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and logistics.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, radiation safety requirements, and quality management systems.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, certification, and asset availability.
• Work closely with Business Development to support tenders, mobilization, and client engagements.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, budgets, and management presentations.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel to achieve high performance.
• Manage operational risks and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ISO management systems and relevant regulatory requirements.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
