Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and results-oriented Operations Manager with a proven background in managing multi-branch retail operations within the consumer electronics, home appliances, gadgets, or technology retail industry.
- The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches across different states, ensuring operational consistency, inventory accuracy, excellent customer experience, strong sales support, and adherence to company standards.
- This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who has successfully managed geographically dispersed teams, understands retail operations, and can independently drive performance while working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Branch Operations Management:
- Provide operational leadership across all company branches located in different states.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and service standards across every location.
- Monitor daily branch performance and provide timely support to branch managers.
- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate operational efficiency, staff performance, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
- Develop and implement operational improvements that increase productivity and profitability.
- Ensure all branches operate in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Branch Performance Management:
- Monitor sales performance, customer traffic, stock movement, and operational KPIs across all branches.
- Review weekly and monthly branch reports and develop action plans to improve underperforming locations.
- Ensure branches consistently achieve operational, sales, and customer service targets.
- Drive accountability through regular performance reviews with branch managers.
Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight:
- Oversee inventory management across all branches.
- Ensure stock accuracy, proper inventory reconciliation, and minimal stock losses.
- Monitor product movement between branches and the warehouse.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Implement effective inventory control systems to reduce shrinkage and improve stock availability.
Customer Experience & After-Sales Operations:
- Ensure every branch delivers exceptional customer service.
- Supervise customer complaint resolution and after-sales support processes.
- Develop systems for tracking customer feedback and improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure warranty claims and service requests are handled efficiently.
People Leadership:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor branch managers and operational teams.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Identify training needs and support employee development across branches.
- Ensure proper staffing levels across all locations.
Business Growth & Operational Strategy:
- Support management in implementing business growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Analyze operational data to support business decisions.
- Recommend initiatives that improve profitability and branch performance.
Financial & Administrative Management:
- Monitor operational budgets and control branch operating expenses.
- Review branch financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure accurate operational documentation and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Operations Manager will be measured on:
- Overall operational efficiency across all branches.
- Branch sales growth and profitability.
- Inventory accuracy and stock management.
- Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.

Requirements
Education:

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Candidates must have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations Management, Regional Operations, Retail Operations, or Branch Management.
- Proven experience managing multiple retail branches across different cities or states.
- Strong background in the consumer electronics, home appliances, gadgets, technology retail, or electronics distribution industry.
- Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability.
- Experience supervising branch managers and leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience within a fast-paced retail or distribution business is highly preferred.
