We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Community Manager

Location: Igbo Efon, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company's online communities across social media platforms.
  • Respond promptly to messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute community campaigns, contests, and online events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in community management or social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Canva for creating high-quality social media graphics.
  • Experience using social media management tools is an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
